I found another bug that I had already fixed, I must have messed up a rebase on the original PR or something |

#14531 I think I must have got the pre-compiled out of sync with the pnet source code at some point, the pre-compiled is broken on master. This fixes that.
@tridge can you double check if the Linux one works
